WSG staff
Rachel Levick, Head Coach, welcomes you to WSG Online and says, "As Head Coach I am fortunate to have an excellent team of coaches with whom I work to provide top quality gymnastics coaching to the many young gymnasts and pre-school children who use our facility each week. All of my colleague coaches are British Gymnastics qualified, or training to achieve accreditation, and many began their association with the club as gymnasts before moving into the coaching team. Others also began their association with the sport as gymnasts before moving to WSG."
To ensure the highest possible levels of child protection every coach is enhanced CRB checked and many attend courses on sport specific First Aid or Child Protection. In addition to coaching, some more senior members of my team deliver and examine British Gymnastics coaching courses, while others are qualified judges. We really are fortunate in having some of the most talented and dedicated coaches in the UK, not only taking forward gymnastics in the South West but also actively working with British Gymnastics to help guide the development of the sport in the UK.
